STARTING

Please email us if you're interested in commissioning an original piece or having an existing design modified. It's difficult to hear the phone while working in the studio, so email is the best way to get in touch. In your message, kindly provide as much detail as possible and refer to pieces in our portfolio if applicable. We will contact you within 48 hours to discuss the potential commission, provide a rough estimate of the cost and timeline, and then schedule a phone call.

PROCEEDING

Upon proceeding, we'll send you an invoice for the deposit and design fee of $250. This deposit will reserve your spot in the build queue, plus we will provide a quote and one sketch of the proposed design. The design fee is not refundable and is not applied against the purchase price of the work.

LEAD TIME AND PAYMENT TERMS

Our backlog usually runs 2-5 months. We will contact you within 30 days before we are ready to start confirming the final details and then send an invoice for 50% of the total commission price, less the deposit. The final balance is due upon completion prior to shipping or delivery.

 

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

Delivery of smaller work is free within a 75-mile radius (the local area) of our studio in Albuquerque, NM, if no rental truck is needed or if an additional person is not required to help with the delivery.

Work outside the local delivery is shipped via LTL commercial freight in a custom wooden crate. A freight quote will be provided along with the price of the work if delivery is outside the local area.
