The Big Ol' Red Heart Wall Sculpture is from the artist’s Heartfelt Series. It is created from a 4-1/4" thick laminated block of either American ash or American red oak. The material thickness allowed the artist to create soft voluptuous curves. This work will bring warmth and love to any room.
The initial sculpting starts with aggressive tools and then refining the shape and details with files and sandpaper. The Big Ol' Mellow Red Heart is stained McIntosh red and has a polyurethane topcoat that requires virtually no maintenance except for the occasional dusting. Wood cleat, ½” or 5/8” drywall hardware, and mounting instructions are included.
