GENERAL CARE

Mark Levin Studio creates works predominantly from American hardwoods, one of nature's wonders, and requires a little care to maintain the wonder. Most work is finished with either Danish Oil or polyurethane to enhance the beauty and depth of the wood.

CAVEAT #1

All work made by Mark Levin Studio is for interior use only.

CAVEAT #2

Do not place hardwood furniture in direct sunlight, over or near heating or air conditioning ducts, or in bathrooms, rooms with a jacuzzi, swimming pool, water fountain, or other areas with high moisture content.

CAVEAT #3

Do not use Endust™, Pledge®, or similar products on Danish oil finishes or polyurethane finishes.

POLYURETHANE FINISHES

Polyurethane finishes require virtually no maintenance except for the occasional dusting with a soft cotton cloth/

 

DANISH OIL FINISHES

We recommend Watco® Rejuvenating Oil be used once a year on work finished with Danish oil. Follow the directions on the can for the best results.
